Shipping policy

All shipping is done with a tracking number assigned. FalconFX Studio also adheres to the following policy.

Order delivery times vary based on the shipper, method of shipping selected etc. Once we ship your item we cannot control when it will arrive. Many things can effect your order delivery times, things such as weather, time of year (Yes Christmas is crazy for shipping)... And even issues with the carriers trucks, personnel etc.

All in stock items will ship within 2 business days. Anything special order or specially made / custom made will have a stated shipping time in the description. If you need a item to be expedited reach out to us and we are happy to TRY.... to help you.

Insurance is included in all shipments and is the baseline insurance provided by the carrier. However we strongly suggest you reach out to us and purchase additional insurance for orders that are high value. 

If an item is listed with FREE shipping, FalconFX chooses the carrier and way it is shipped. If your order arrives and it is damaged please reach out to us, we will work to make it right.
